Strawberry Charlotte. It's the second time I've made one, but the first time I made the ladyfingers from scratch. I didn't know ladyfingers had so much sugar in them!
There's strawberry mousse inside and a layer of sponge cake at the bottom.
I got the cake base and ladyfinger recipes from different places, but the Charlotte mousse and assembly I followed comes from the blogger, Kitchen Wench.
Thanks! It's funny, at first taste I thought I didn't add enough sugar, but after a few hours it became perfect. So maybe the flavors kinda needed time to settle.
